A delicate cocktail requiring time to prepare that has a floral and fragrant spirit infusing a blend of Jasmine Tea as the botanical.
Au Thé Vert (Green Tea Gin)
1 3/4 oz of London dry gin
3/4 oz of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of Bénédictine
1 dash of orange flower water
2.5 oz Jasmine tea (Pre-brewed and chilled)
Brew the Jasmine tea in hot water for 4 minutes. Add cold water and strain into a sterile container and store in the fridge until cold. Add all ingredients to a chilled highball glass with ice cubes and stir. Garnish with jasmine flowers and a slice of lemon.
