Autumn Fizz Cocktail Recipe

This cocktail pays tribute to the season of Autumn and features the fruits of apples and lemons. It is similar to a Tom Collins.

Autumn Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 3⁄4 oz of gin

• 0.5 oz of lemon juice

• Sugar Syrup

• Sparkling apple cider

• Use thyme and apple as a garnish

Lime Stone - London Dry Gin - 70cl 40% (abv)

Assembly

Pour gin into a shaker, add lemon juice and sugar syrup, shake and then pour into a highball glass and top with sparkling cider. Garnish with fresh thyme and an apple slice.
