Chocolate Negroni Cocktail Recipe

This is a variation of the classic Negroni which combines the delights of a sweet and smooth cocktail with the sumptuousness of a chocolatey dessert.

Ingredients

• 1 oz of gin

• ¾ oz of Punt e Mes

• ¾ oz of Campari

• ¼ oz of dark crème de cacao

• 3 dashes of chocolate bitters

• Use an orange wedge and grated chocolate

Assembly

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass or low ball glass over ice and garnish with an orange wedge and grated chocolate.
