The Sloe Gin Fizz is is related to the classic Gin Fizz which uses sloe as its base rather than egg white.
Sloe Gin Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1 ½ oz of sloe gin
1 oz of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¾ oz of simple syrup
Club soda, to top
Use a lemon wedge and cherry for garnish
Assembly Add the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Use a highball or Collins glass filled with ice, and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Top with the club soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry.
